2017 Life Resolution - New Year New Me

As you know the New Year is slowly nearing and upon us many people are indulging in retrospection and reevaluating some of their life choices. So~ same about me too! New Year’s resolutions are the perfect opportunity for all those who have failed to start making the changes that they said they would make next week, next month, or perhaps when next year starts. LoL XD 

New Year’s resolutions for me like : They’re fun to make but extremely difficult to maintain.
It's hard to keep up the enthusiasm months after you've swept up the confetti, but it's not impossible. This year, I will list some of them and stick with it.

So~ This is it :

Get in shape, start eating healthier food & less junk food overall:
Losing weight is the major problem for me. LoL XD Why? Because the most time I’m just sit around at home and working place and there have so many time im doing my diet and that will not last long. So~ This is the top resolution for me and combined with “exercise more” and “stay fit and healthy”. It is something that I want to achieve.  It’s not easy for me to start an exercise and diet program, but the trick is to find a decent one that will give me steady results and will be easy for me to stick to in the long run. Start eating healthier food, and less junk food. Switching to a healthier diet can be incredibly tricky when I’m surrounded by cheap junk food. LoL XD However, I always defeated by sweets and junk food. And I’m really really had a bad eating habits. When I’m going out with my fams, I’m always orders bunch of food T.T. So I think I need to learn to control emotional eating, be aware of reasons for diets to fail

Stop procrastinating:
The biggest barrier that keeps most me from reaching to write my blog was I always procrastinating it. LoL XD There have once time my friend said to me : “Once you get used to procrastinating it’s difficult to snap yourself out of it”, So~ I think I’ll need to put in a lot of work to change this bad habit.

Improve my concentration: 
I’m a quick learner and always have an easier time solving problems. But I’m never can do 2 things at the same time and if there are two more people who speak to me, then I will experience confusion. ~.~ I have been trying to find ways to improve my focus, like drink herbal medicine to help me boost concentration. Guys~ If you know how to improve this, please please tell me @.@

Reduce stress & Get more quality sleep:
Stress!! They say that stress is one of the biggest destructive effect on your relationships as well as your health. It may be an unavoidable side effect of our hectic modern lifestyles and work place. Oh not just that, even when I’m play DOTA2, it can got stressfull when hard to win the game. LoL XD Get more quality sleep. With big TV’s, PC, smartphones and all sorts of game I’m playing at weekend I’m usually ended play all night long. No more late night sleep pals~

 Learn to control my emotions: 
Sometimes I can be wise and give an advice if my friend “curhat” about their problem, but when it’s going about me.. Nay~ Uncontrolled anger always get me into a lot of trouble, but things like jealousy adn pride are destructive in all circumstances. Be less sensitive, I’m really quite easily get upset when something doesn’t worked as I desired.  I hope that can gaining control over my feelings allows me to keep a level head and think more rationally, even during emotionally charged conflict situations and not end up in big trouble.

So that’s it all~

The last, and most important point to mention is that all the positive changes, we have make to be permanent. Stick to the life resolutions and developed. Maybe will need to work on sticking with the good habits we have adopted, until they just become a natural part. That is how we can achieve true self-improvement.
